For All Kind ships all orders in Canada via UPS or Canada Post.

Fulfillment time

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled. We’ll email you a tracking number once shipped.

Expedited shipping

Enjoy free expedited shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
Expedited shipping is $15 CAD on orders below $150 CAD.
Transit time*: 1-5 business days**

Exchanges can only be made for a different size in the same style.

Exchange process

Exchange requests are validated through a quick and easy online process. Simply visit our returns centre below and begin by entering your order number and email:

• Step 1: Select the items you wish to exchange
• Step 2: Select or state your reasons for the exchange
• Step 3: Confirm the exchange method and size you need
• Step 4: Request a return shipping label

Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be approved. Once approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label.

Once we’ve received and checked your returned items, we’ll ship out your replacements and email you a new tracking number.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be approved. Once approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label.

Once we’ve received and checked your returned items, we’ll issue a refund to the original method of payment via forallkind.com. Please allow 1-3 business days to be notified of your refund and 10 business days for this transaction to appear.

Important note

As a small business, please note that a $25 CAD return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. This is to offer a reduced rate from non-business shipping fees.
Any shipping fees paid on the original order are also final and non-refundable.

Please note that items marked final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

We are only shipping to Canada at this time. However, we hope to expand our shipping locations in the near future so please stay tuned!
